Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led P&Ls of more than £1.4B, turned around underperforming operations, integrated acquisitions, delivered multi-million-pound revenue growth, and built high-performing cultures at pace. My background spans transport, energy, telecoms, field operations, infrastructure and consumer services — with a strong reputation for operational rigour, commercial mindset and transparent, people-first leadership.

I co-lead SJS Impact Consulting, a boutique transformation and interim leadership practice focused on FTSE350 and PE-backed organisations. We help CEOs, investors and boards achieve rapid, measurable improvement — combining strategic clarity with hands-on delivery.

My experience spans portfolios from £90M to £500M, with full P&L accountability and leadership of workforce populations exceeding 8,000 people.

Alongside my business partner, I co-lead SJS Impact Consulting, supporting FTSE 350 and PE-backed organisations to accelerate impact and deliver measurable improvements.
